8 Truffles
We make the chocolate from the beans we source around the world in our chocolate factory in Pike Place Market on Western Ave. We then use that same chocolate to make the ganache for our truffles and then enrobe the ganache in the same chocolate. We use a creamy, buttery olive oil for our truffles because we love both the taste and the texture. Thankfully, our customers love them too. Because we use olive oil instead of cream, our truffles are vegan.
We use fresh ingredients and the selection of truffles changes, so feel free to call ahead to see what we have in store.
