In our Goan Pork Curry, the Portuguese influence is ever present amidst its rich tomato flavor, darkly roasted Indian spices, creamy coconut milk, whole red chili, and sour acidity of tamarind juice, DOSA's rendition of the famous Goan vinegar, fermented toddy from the sap of a coconut tree. In this uniquely vegan version, we cook with jackfruit, a meaty and delicious fruit native to Southern India. Contains tree nuts, nightshades, and coconut. We cannot make substitutions.
