PACKAGE DETAILS - Worka Sakaro is sourced from 410 farmers who cultivate coffee on small plots averaging less than 1 hectare. On arrival, cherries are carefully hand sorted and floated to separate out less dense beans, depulped and fermented for 48 hours. The coffee is then raked through channels and sorted by density.
