The clear blue waters of Hawaii is the only place in the world where Kanpachi are grown in the ocean. - This package ships vacuum-sealed fresh and pre-washed with ice packs, may thaw in transit

TO SERVE
- 1. Keep seafood as dry as possible and cold as possible as often as possible
- 2. avoid allowing seafood to warm up and cool down (heat spiking) while handling and preparing.
- 3. Allow seafood to finish cooking away from heat or pan. Allow residual heat to finish to just under done.
- 4. Seafood loves salt. pairing seafood with different salts brings out the flavor and characteristics of salts and the seafood item.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Upon arrival place in refrigerator for up to 3 days or airtight in a freezer for up to 1 year
- For best results: Unwrap the fish upon arrival and place on dry paper towels to remove moisture. Wrap loosely and place in the coldest part of your refrigerator.
- Note: If you choose to freeze your fish, the color, taste and texture may change.
