Reggie'S Truffle Mac & Cheese Family Size
This is one of the most indulgent mac and cheese I make. This is my recipe for the most cheesy and creamy mac & cheese. I use cellentani pasta. The pasta locks in the cheese sauce. Cook the pasta al dente, homemade bechamel sauce with American and black truffle cheddar-gruyere cheese mix, butter, milk, black truffle oil and heavy cream. The mac & cheese is topped with a black truffle and black garlic butter bread crumbs baked until golden brown. To reheat, place in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, take out and stir, repeat until hot. Weighs 2 pounds. Feeds 4. Enjoy.
